This has to due with different regulations.
US has most of the time less stricter regulations.
Their side mirrors are smaller, their headrests are smaller. They don't have automatic leveling headlights. And they have way less intrusive chimes and alarms when using the car.

It is totally normal that the Mustang still makes electrical noises after 10 minutes. The modules are set this way, to do calculations and checks, even after shutting the motor off.

Yes, it has an oil cooler. Behind the lower grill of the driver side.

Fitcamx is nice, but it does not perform well in the night.
If you want a dashcam where you still can read license plates in the night, you should get a webcam that has the Starvis 2 sensor.
Fitcamx does not have the Starvis 2 sensor.
